Youth Committee of Harmony Club Heung Kong Finance the Construction Elementary Schools in Western Guangdong

From July 2 to 3, over 40 youth volunteers went into Lianhua Elementary School in Suixi, Zhanjiang f an activity named “holding hs together, moving fward in harmony” that is sponsed by the Youth Committee of Harmony Club Heung Kong Charitable Foundation together. Executive vice chairman Lai Junlin, vice chairman Shu Wen of the Youth Committee of Harmony Club, Liu Qiuyan, secretary-general of Heung Kong Charitable Foundation on behalf of the two ganizations respectively donated a check f 200 thous yuan to Lianhua Elementary School then there.

During the two days, the volunteers painted the library, arranged desks chairs, studied played games with over 160 students, visited six needy families, sending living goods money to them, which was an unfgettable mercy mission.

This mercy mission ganized by the Youth Committee of Harmony Club Heung Kong Charitable Foundation showed the love from the society to the children of Lianhua Elementary School. At the same time, the volunteers were touched by children’s optimistic mood teachers’ unremitting effts. They encouraged children to read me books then build the hometown with their knowledge wisdom, help others with love in the future.
